Grading: Vinyl: EX+ to NM look little played
Cover: EX condition for age slight edge corner wear well looked after.

I always recommend professional clean due to records have sit in their sleeves for over 30-40+ years!
Sleeve residue can build up on the vinyl.

Gradings:

or deterioration in sound quality. Record still might need proffesional clean.

but there is very little lessening in sound quality,
